1. How can I request to cherry-pick my stones?

2. Are the crystals natural or ethically sourced?
Yes. About 98% of our inventory is completely natural. If there are any enhancements, it is noted in the title or description. Such as heat-treated, dyed or man-made.
Ethical sourcing is an important factor in purchasing our stones. However, in some cases, we don’t have access to the certifications of ethical practice, the mine sources or manufacturer. Those items will not have an “Origin” in the description. If we can identify the source and ethical practice, the “Origin” is included in the description.
3. Will I receive a crystal info card with my purchase?
Yes, each type of stone will have its own card. In cases where you purchase several of the same stone like tumbles, small points, or palm stones, they will be placed in the same bag with only one card. Contact me if you need each piece separated with its own bag and card.
4. What are the crystal info cards for?
Anyone who enjoys the mystical lore and history of use with each crystal. They are not meant to substitute medical advice. We have the belief that each stone has its own vibration, which can be proven by science. Crystals can be used as a tool to recognize energy and attune our frequency to the crystal to enhance our opportunity to align with the intention we set when surrounding ourselves with stones.
5. This is my first time using crystals, what do I do with them?
Great question! Think about how you’d like to use them. Do you want to carry it with you all day, for all day support? Do you want the support at your work desk or bedside? Living room? Where is the energy most active?
Your intention is the most important role in deciding what stone to buy. If you plan to carry it with you, find something small. If you plan to meditate with your intention, you can choose a variety of sizes and placements on or around the body.
Or if you wish to enhance the energy of a room you may want to select a larger display piece to spread out the intention into the room. Remember to set an intention each time you pick up your stone.
Cleanse weekly if you use the stone often. The safest method to cleanse your stone is by placing it near Selenite, Tourmaline or Shungite, or by burning any type of incense or sacred herb around the stones.
6. Do you offer free shipping and how soon do you ship?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders which typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and updated address.
9. What is your return / refund policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges. Items must be unused and in original condition. Mystery boxes and custom items may be final sale.
10. How accurate are the crystal photos?
Photos show actual or similar items. Crystals are natural, so variations in color, shape, and size are normal and beautiful!
11. Can I request gift wrapping or include a gift note?
Yes! Add a gift note at checkout or contact us after placing your order for special requests.

13. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide to countries that allow the import of crystal goods.
14. How do you package crystals to prevent damage?
We wrap each item securely with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
15. What is a “Mystery Crystal Box,” and how does it work?
Each Mystery Box is a surprise collection of intuitively selected crystals. A fun and magical way to discover new stones!
16. How do I cleanse or care for my crystals?
Cleanse weekly if you use the stone often. The safest method to cleanse your stone is by placing it near Selenite, Tourmaline or Shungite, or by burning any type of incense or sacred herb around the stones.
Some stones can be cleansed using sunlight, moonlight and sound but be careful which of these methods you use and avoid water for delicate stones.

18. What’s your policy on damaged or lost shipments?
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund it right away—no stress.
19. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track it in your account.
