Exchange & Refund Policy

Our crystals and stones are categorized, described and photographed in detail to give you an accurate idea of what you’re buying. We ask that you please read and view the product details mindfully before your purchase. 

Exchanges:

• If you want to exchange or cancel your purchase before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us right away. (Orders can not be canceled after they are shipped.)

• If you want to exchange your purchase after delivery, please contact us right away. In most cases we offer exchanges*

Refunds:

• Any items damaged in transit will be refunded or exchanged immediately. We pay for return shipping.
