How do I join the rewards program?
Join our rewards program by creating an account. Click on the Join Now button above or in the Rewards pop-out icon below.
How do I earn points?
There are many ways to earn points. Like shopping in our store, sharing a post, referring a friend, or subscribing to our email list. See the Rewards pop-out icon below for details under Ways to Earn Points. Scroll to see the full list.
How much are my points worth?
You earn:
- 10 points for every $1 you spend,
- 1000 points to refer a friend who makes a purchase,
- 300 for joining the rewards program,
- 300 to subscribe to our email list,
- 200/300 to leave a review,
- 200 to share our website,
- 200 to follow us on Instagram,
- 100 to share your birthday with us, and more.
You earn a $10 off coupon for every 1000 points. All earned coupons can be combined into one purchase and used during sales events.
How do I redeem my points?
When you have enough points to earn a $10 off coupon, you can redeem them by going to the Rewards pop-out icon below and clicking Redeem My Points. Once redeemed, your points will appear as a coupon in My Earned Coupons. The coupon code can be copied and added to your cart.
Where are my earned coupons?
When you earn enough points, you can redeem them for a coupon. Once your points are redeemed, they will appear as coupons in the Rewards pop-out icon below under My Earned Coupons.
How do I know my point balance?
When you come to the Strong Healer website, sign into your rewards account by clicking the Rewards pop-out icon below and signing in. Once signed in, your available points will appear at the top of the Rewards pop-out window.
Can I combine coupons?
Yes! You can use multiple earned coupon codes for the same order, just be sure to enter and apply them one at a time. As an extra bonus, your coupons can also be used during our sales events.
How do I refer a friend?
When you are logged into to your Rewards account you will see a unique referral link at the bottom of the Rewards pop-out window. This is your own unique referral link. You can share this link on social media, send it to a friend in email, or embed it onto your own website. Once it's clicked, you receive 1000 points (e.g a $10 off coupon,) for each friend or follower who makes a purchase. You can share this link as many times as you like to keep earning points and valuable cash coupons.
How many times can I refer a friend?
As many times as you like. For every friend you refer who makes a purchase, you will receive 1000 points (e.g. a $10 off coupon.)
What does my friend get when I refer them?
Your friend will receive $10 off their order and you will receive 1000 points (e.g. a $10 off coupon) if they make a purchase.
How do I sign into my account?
When you come to the Strong Healer website, sign into your rewards account by clicking the Rewards pop-out icon below. There you will find an option to sign in. You can also sign into your account through the member icon at the top of the website.
